
Peter Hickman showcased his dominance in Friday evening’s qualifying session at the Isle of Man TT Qualifying, roaring to the top of the leaderboard on his Superstock machine with a blistering speed of 134.638mph, the fastest lap of the week so far.
In addition to leading the Superstock session, Hickman also topped the Superbike session with an impressive speed of 132.863mph, while Davey Todd set the pace in the Supersport class at 127.062mph. Michael Dunlop claimed the top spot in the Supertwins category with a speed of 121.882mph, while the Crowes led the Sidecars with a speed of 115.682mph.
The action kicked off with the Superbikes and Superstocks, with Dean Harrison leading the field away. Hickman, Todd, Hutchinson, Johnson, and Hillier were among those on Superstock machines. Despite a minor incident, Hickman still managed to register an impressive speed of 130.859mph, with Todd leading the early Superstock leaderboard.
However, it was Hickman who stole the show with a stunning lap of 134.638mph, securing the fastest lap of the week. Dunlop also put in an impressive performance, lapping at 132.674mph to claim the third spot.
In the Superbike class, Harrison initially led the field, but Hickman ultimately emerged on top with a speed of 132.863mph. Meanwhile, in the Supersport/Supertwin class, Todd set the pace with a speed of 127.062mph, with Dunlop taking the top spot in the Supertwin class with a speed of 121.882mph.
Despite challenging conditions, the Sidecars managed to complete a single lap, with the Crowes emerging on top with a speed of 115.046mph.
