The 2023 MOTUL FIM World Superbike Championship season came to a thrilling conclusion at the Prize Giving Show held at the Museos de la Atalaya – Jerez de la Frontera, where the WorldSBK community gathered to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our riders.
The night was filled with well-deserved awards and acknowledgments, as Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati), Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing WorldSSP Team), and Jeffrey Buis (MTM Kawasaki), along with their closest rivals, received their trophies and awards.

WorldSBK Best Independant Rider
Axel Bassani (Motocorsa Racing) was honored with the best Independent Rider award as he sets the stage for an exciting new chapter with the Kawasaki factory team.

Marcel Schroetter (MV Agusta Reparto Corse), Stefano Manzi (Ten Kate Racing Yamaha), Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing WorldSSP Team).

WorldSSP300 top three
Mirko Gennai (Team BrCorse), Jose Luis Perez Gonzalez (Accolade Smrz Racing BGR), Jeffrey Buis (MTM Kawasaki).


Marco Zambenedetti, Ducati Corse Technical Coordinator and Fabien Raulo, Racing Technical Coordinator, Kawasaki Motors Europe, celebrate Ducati and Kawasaki’s achievements in the Manufacturer’s World Championships.
TISSOT Superpole Award

2023 WorldSBK Champion, Alvaro Bautista, 2023 WorldSSP Champion, Nicolo Bulega, and AG Motorsport Italia Yamaha’s Matteo Vannucci secured the Tissot Superpole Award as the best qualifiers in their respective categories.
PIRELLI Best Lap

Having recorded the greatest number of fastest laps throughout the season in their respective category, Alvaro Bautista, Nicolo Bulega, and Kawasaki GP Project’s Fenton Seabright were honored with the prestigious Pirelli Best Lap award.
