Kawasaki Clinches Sixth Manufacturers’ Title in 2024 FIM Supersport 300 World Championship
Kawasaki has once again demonstrated its dominance in the FIM Supersport 300 World Championship by securing its sixth Manufacturers’ Title in 2024. This remarkable feat highlights Kawasaki’s unwavering commitment to excellence throughout an intensely competitive season.
The 2024 season has been particularly successful for Kawasaki, with the brand achieving an impressive ten race victories across multiple rounds.
This year’s triumph was fueled by the exceptional performances of Kawasaki’s riders, who consistently earned crucial points, ensuring the brand’s success in the Manufacturers’ Title race. Leading the charge were Inigo Iglesias (Fusport-RT Motorsport by SKM-Kawasaki), Daniel Mogeda (Team#109 Retro Traffic Kawasaki), Loris Veneman (MTM Kawasaki), and Mirko Gennai (MTM Kawasaki). Additional contributions came from Petr Svoboda (Fusport-RT Motorsport by SKM-Kawasaki), Carter Thompson (Fusport-RT Motorsport by SKM-Kawasaki), and Kevin Sabatucci (Team Flembbo-PL Performances), all of whom played a vital role in Kawasaki’s 2024 campaign.
As Kawasaki celebrates this significant achievement, marking its sixth WorldSSP300 Manufacturers’ Title, the brand’s continued dominance in the world of motorcycle racing is evident. Looking ahead, Kawasaki is already focused on maintaining its winning momentum into 2025.
Steve Guttridge – Race Planning Manager, Kawasaki Motors Europe:
“Kawasaki is immensely proud to have added to our existing Championship success in WorldSSP300 by securing the manufacturer title again in 2024. This marks our sixth victory out of eight attempts, but the true credit goes to our teams and their riders for delivering such consistently strong results on the Ninja 400. With four different riders standing on the top step of the podium so far this season, the Championship provides real excitement and, as part of the WorldSBK paddock, offers a fantastic platform for aspiring riders. Today, we celebrate… and tomorrow, we begin planning for more titles!”
