Race 2
Glenn Irwin returned to winning form in the second Bennetts British Superbike Championship race at Snetterton, securing his fifth victory of the season for Hager PBM Ducati in a restarted race. Tommy Bridewell and Christian Iddon completed the podium.
The race began under dry conditions, with Storm Stacey leading the pack into Riches on the Team LKQ Euro Car Parts Kawasaki. Kyle Ryde, however, took the lead into Wilson. Irwin quickly mounted an attack, moving to the front and attempting to break away from the pack.
Irwin and Ryde pulled ahead of the chasers, which included Ryan Vickers, Iddon, Tommy Bridewell, and Danny Kent. Bridewell made an impressive climb from 16th on the grid to third by lap five.
The BMW Safety Car was deployed when Louis Valleley stopped due to a technical problem, causing his bike to catch fire. As the Herock Racesafe marshals handled the incident, rain began to fall, leading to a red flag.
The race was restarted over five laps. Ryde took the holeshot, leading the opening lap, but Irwin made his move at Agostini to take the lead and built a 1.487s advantage to the finish.
Bridewell fought back after dropping to fifth on the opening lap, reclaiming second by lap three. Iddon secured third place on the same lap with a move at Brundle, pushing Ryde to fourth ahead of Andrew Irwin and Danny Kent. Vickers finished a lonely seventh, with Jason O’Halloran, Charlie Nesbitt, and Josh Brookes completing the top ten.

Race 3

The final race of the British Superbikes weekend at Snetterton took place under dry conditions, delivering intense competition as Glenn Irwin managed to secure a double victory on Sunday, despite facing fierce pressure at the front.
Irwin, starting from pole, saw Christian Iddon grab the holeshot and lead the early laps. The Ducati rider was content to stay behind until he made his move at turn four on lap seven, taking the lead cleanly.
Irwin faced relentless competition all the way to the finish. Tommy Bridewell, remembering how quickly Irwin had built a lead in the shortened sprint, quickly positioned himself to chase. As the rain began to fall again, Irwin struggled to keep his bike steady. In a thrilling finale, he ran wide at turn two on the last lap, but Bridewell couldn’t capitalize on the error, allowing Irwin to cross the line just 0.125s ahead.
Bridewell, despite giving it his all and recording the fastest lap on the final lap, had to settle for second place. Iddon, after his strong start, maintained his position and finished close behind the leading duo, securing third for Oxford Products Ducati, replicating the podium from race two.
Behind them, the Yamahas of Kyle Ryde (OMG Racing) and Danny Kent (McAMS) battled fiercely, often side by side. Ryde ultimately prevailed, finishing fifth, just two-tenths ahead of Kent. Andrew Irwin finished sixth on the second Honda UK bike. Josh Brookes came seventh, the best of the BMW riders for FHO Racing, recovering impressively after running wide midway through the race.
Local rider Ryan Vickers finished eighth on the second OMG Yamaha, followed by Jason O’Halloran, the top Kawasaki in ninth. Charlie Nesbitt, despite timing screen confusion due to a faulty transponder, had a solid race and finished tenth for MasterMac Honda.
Lee Jackson, Nesbitt’s teammate, finished eleventh, battling with his former teammate Max Cook, who placed twelfth for Completely Motorbikes Kawasaki. The remaining points went to Franco Bourne in 13th for Rapid Honda, Peter Hickman on the second FHO entry in 14th, and Storm Stacey, the race one winner, in 15th for LKQ Euro Car Parts Kawasaki.
Lewis Rollo once again finished as the top Pathway bike on the Aprilia, this time in 20th.
